They have amazing customer service - something I feel has been lacking lately. One day roof installation, and the team was here for almost 12 hours -- cleaning as they installed. Left everything so tidy! Thank you Dale, Tim and the entire crew from Henderson Roofing. You are a top-class organization!

After interviewing 4 roofing contractors, we decided to contract with Henderson Roofing. We are certainly glad we did! We had our initial meeting with Ben who was quite knowledgeable of the different products. He showed us samples and explained the pros and cons of each. We were given an install date and the crew showed up early in the morning. They were very diligent in installing our new roof. They worked extremely well together and never stopped except for a lunch break. It's amazing to think that the 8 member crew were able to strip off our old shingles and install 34 squares of new shingles in one day! What's even more remarkable was that they took great care to protect our shrubs and upon completion of the job, not a single nail could be found in the driveway or lawn. Their cleanup was second to none! Kevin supervised the job and kept us well informed as to the progress during the day. He made several trips back here to check on the progress and answered any questions we had. Both Kevin and Ben were wonderful to work with. All in all, we had a great experience with Henderson roofing. Only one issue of note was that we felt that the dumpster and portable toilet were left here for too long after the job was completed. We greatly appreciate the job Henderson Roofing did! The job was well done and their "extra mile" warranty gives us a good piece of mind! Thanks so much!

2 weeks agoNew Outstanding experience from start to finish. Ben came out and took a consultative approach in making sure we got what we wanted. He was patient with us throughout the entire process as we considered different shingle styles/colors and gutters, and was quick to follow up and answer questions. Ben gets 5 stars as a sales rep. The team was on-site within a few weeks of placing the order and they had the roof stripped and shingled same day. Their cleanup crew left our property as if they’d never been there. Spotless. The Henderson internal support, Kyle, sent us updates and photos throughout the day, along with a final photo gallery with close-ups. This was an outstanding experience throughout and it’s no surprise that Henderson Roofing has nearly 5 stars with hundreds of satisfied reviewers.

I contracted John Henderson roofing company to repair and install a new roof and he was very helpful and guided me seamlessly through the process. He helped me and assured me that I was going to get a new roof without any issues from picking the color to the installation and the date of when it would be done at my convenience which to say the least was just amazing. His foremen Jake Cuzzupe came to my home on the day we had agreed on early at went straight to work. The contractors were very diligent, professional, quick and very cleanly. They even replaced some rotted wood that had accrued due to the roof leak and some wind damage. Jake helped me understand what they had to do when I asked him how everything was going he was so professional. I am so pleased with the out come of my roof and would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof or even a quote on a new roof. Thank you so much for your services and I will be letting everyone know about the amazing job done on my roof. So thankful to John and Jake and there crew.

They were not the lowest, but the company that I felt most comfortable dealing with. Awesome job and as they promised-a beautiful job.
